Marga lost 30 pounds in just 100 days by exercising regularly and eating healthy. For what amazed everyone more was she did it by cutting off just 4 food items from her diet. She stopped consuming alcohol, meat, cheese, or sweets. She stuck to a pescatarian diet, vegetarian diet that included seafood. She consumed tuna and shrimp frequently. Also, she has not kept anything secret and shared her weight loss details in a 20-minute video. She also shares daily updates about her work out and diet.

Marga Banaga gained a lot of weight and started to feel depressed. She decided to make a resolution to lose weight just by cutting those 4 food items from the diet. She even denied going out with friends to be able to stick to her resolution. “I could not tempt myself with food and alcohol because my self-control was not good yet.”
She said she did not notice any changes that she had to lose weight in the first two weeks after she started exercising and taking a proper diet but she realized that her clothes fit in a little different. Her remarkable journey of losing 30 pounds of weight by just cutting 4 food items from the diet in just 100 days is inspiring.
Although she achieved her goal of losing 30 pounds but the journey wasn’t easy. On the 67th day, her brother passed out and it is agreeable she wasn’t feeling like doing anything. But she decided to continue and complete her resolution. She noticed changes until the 81 days of her journey to the gym. “Now that the 100 days are over, I need to challenge myself even more. Thinking of counting my macros so I can get all the nutrients I need and I’m thinking of lifting weights already! Need to push me even more,” She said in an Instagram post.
