The birth of the royal baby boy is now secret. Meghan Markle gave birth to a baby boy on Sunday. Now Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have announced their son’s name to be Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor. On the official Instagram account, a picture of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip meeting the baby was shared with the caption, “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pleased to announce they have named their first born child: Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.”

The baby was born on 6th May, Monday at 5:26 in the morning. They made their first appearance with the child yesterday. Little Archie was wrapped in a white shawl so his appearance wasn’t clearly visible. Meghan said that he is really quiet and calm and has been a dream. When the couple was asked about their initial days as parents Meghan replied, “It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing.” She also said, “I have the two best guys in the world so I’m really happy.”

Prince Harry also stated that these days of parenting are amazing and it’s only been a few days but it feels like they have their own bundle of joy. He also said that he and Meghan are really grateful to have their little one and are really pleased with all the love they are getting. The Royal Highnesses introduced Her Majesty The Queen to her eighth great-grandchild at Windsor Castle. The Duke of Edinburgh and The Duchess’ mother were also present for this special occasion.
The baby boy is to the seventh in line for the throne behind the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge and his children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – and the Duke of Sussex. However, everyone is busy celebrating feeling the joy of having the little one for now.
