Alice Pang, the 96-year-old grandma hails from Hong Kong. She likes to refer to herself as ‘Silver Haired Models’. It is so amazing to notice that unlike other grandmothers at this age, Alice hasn’t lost her touch with her own style and she still manages to look decades younger than the models who are actually younger than her.
She ditches old people clothes to stay in style and fashion is her defining factor. Being the oldest model is Asia is kind of a privilege and she still models for known brands like Gucci, Valentino, and Ellery.
Well, the surprising fact is that she decided to become a model at the age of 93. And when she reached the age of 96, she gained popularity as the oldest model in Asia.

As Alice talked about joining the fashion industry at 93, she said, “I entered the industry when I was 93 and this is my third year working as a model. I’ve shot a few commercials, cosmetics, camera and trade development. It feels great to be admired.”
Her career as a model started when her granddaughter sent out her pictures to an organization who were looking for senior models over the age of 65. They really liked Alice and she got hired. This was not something that the 96-year-old grandma has always dreamt of, but this was something that she gradually grew an interest in.
She has to take care of her health and follow a strict diet as she is 96 years old now and also has a career in the fashion industry. Though a lot of people appreciated her for her style and dedication, there were still some people who criticized her for being a model at this age. But Alice says they don’t bother her, she likes to keep herself focused on the compliments and ignore the rest.
