A woman has shared on Reddit about her experience of getting dumped because her partner thought that his girlfriend is cheating on him but instead she was just sneaking behind her vegan boyfriend’s back to go to McDonald’s to get some chicken nuggets.

A woman took to Reddit to share her experience. She explained the whole story on Reddit and asked the Redditors to help her as she is unable to figure out her next step. Her story started with, “I honest to god have no idea what the f*** to do, I’ve been freaking out.”
The woman shared that she has been in a relationship for nearly three years with this boy, who accepted veganism when he was just 18. Last year, they moved in together and he asked her girlfriend to try veganism as well. At that time she was also thinking about giving it a try so she agreed.
But soon she was craving chicken nuggets from McDonald’s and she was literally having dreams of them. After being unsuccessful in controlling her craving, she decided to eat some.
She further explained, “So at least twice a week I would sneak out the house and say I’m just going to the supermarket or running errands and then I’d go to McDonald’s and eat a bunch of nuggets or a McChicken.”
However, you can not hide the truth for too long no matter how big or small it is. So things got out of hand pretty quickly and her boyfriend accused her of cheating on him. She came clean about the whole thing that how she is just going out to eat some chicken nuggets but he is not convinced.
The woman is now asking Redditors to help her that how she can prove that she is not a cheating girlfriend, “He thinks I’m lying about going to McDonald’s and he is convinced I’m just covering up that I’m sleeping with another guy. How the f*** can I prove that I haven’t been cheating? I never thought my relationship would end over something so stupid.”
Redditors found the incident hilarious but were also concerned about their relations. Some shared a few valuable tips on how she can prove her innocence, like by showing the bank statement or order receipts, etc. Let’s see how it goes for them.
