This man named Charlie is demanding damage worth $86,822.16 from his parents after he sued them for throwing away his adult movie collection that was worth $28k. He has been living at his parent’s house after his divorce. His parents kicked him out in August 2k17 and sent all his belongings to his new address. It’s only after receiving the package, Charlie realized what was missing. Submitted to the court as evidence was an email exchange that happened between Charlie and his dad. The conversation shed light on the untimely demise of the adult movie collection. This man apparently sued his parents after having this conversation.
The man’s father wrote that “We counted twelve moving boxes full of pornography plus two boxes of s*x toys as you call them. We began that day the process of destroying them and it took quite a while to do so. In reply, Charlie sued them and said, “If you had a problem with my belongings, you should have stated that at the time and I would have gone elsewhere.
