The wait is over because the first wedding pictures of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are here. The gorgeous couple rocked the look even more in their grand wedding. They tied the knot over the weekend in the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpu, India. The stunning couple lived every bit of getting married and lavishly flaunted their love for each other. They took their wedding vows twice in both the customs, the christian and the hindu.
The interreligious marriage broke the barriers of religion and proved everybody that if you truly love someone, religion should never stand in between of your love. They proved just not to each other but to the whole world that they respect each other’s religion by marrying with both the rituals.
The stunning bride, Priyanka Chopra was wearing a white gown designed by Ralph Lauren in her Christian wedding. The bride was looking astonishinly gorgeous wearing a floral transparent gown embedded with pearls, sequins and laces. Inside of gown, she was wearing a strapless dress which was made up from 2 million mother of pearl sequins. Her whole gown took 1,826 hours to complete. On the top of everything she was wearing a 75-feet long veil. On the other side, the groom, Nick Jonas was seen wearing an elegant black colored tuxedo with formal shoes and tie to pair. He also had “My Jaan” embroderied inside his tuxedo which means “My Life” in Urdu.
In their Hindu wedding, Priyanka wore a red lehenga designed by Sabyasachi Mukherji. She wore a red sequin lehenga which was a mixture of Indian and western fashion. She paired it with white gold jewelry. On the other hand, her groom was wearing a gold Sherwani which is a traditional outfit and he looked every inch of a handsome groom.
The other family members were also seen wearing Indian outfits for the Hindu wedding ceremony. The wedding pictures are so gorgeous to look at. We must say everybody rocked their traditional looks.
